Responsibilities

• Intelligent Insight Access: Design and deploy a solution that makes insights instantly accessible, turning complex datasets and reports into concise, actionable answers for decision-makers
• Menu & Pricing Intelligence: Identify high- and low-performing menu items based on sales, frequency, customer feedback, and promotional response
• Engineer dashboards and analytical models that reveal which menu items drive repeat visits and profitability
• Apply statistical rigor to pricing and promotion strategies to safeguard margin and enhance customer value
• Customer Voice Dashboard: Consolidate fragmented feedback streams surveys, call centre, online and social media reviews into a unified view that pinpoints friction points to inform customer experience design

Qualifications

• Final-year student or recent graduate in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related discipline
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
• Strong foundation in data modelling, statistical analysis, and visualization
